Francisco Fernández founded LinguaVox Translation Agency in November 2000 in Northern Spain after working 3 years as a full-time English to Spanish translator and reviser.
In 2001, 4 people worked at LinguaVox Translation Agency, an IT engineer and 3 translators and revisers. Our main clients were national and international translation agencies, which requested our TEP (translation + editing + proofreading) services for ready-to-publish English to Spanish, Basque and French translation jobs, the native languages of our in-house translators at that time.

Over the following years, our client database increased at a similar pace as our in-house and freelance team, the number of target languages we offered, the world distribution of our clients, the customer profiles (technical industries, institutions, health services companies, etc), our expertise in specialized areas and industry specific translation tools and, most importantly, our constantly improved quality-oriented processes, which is an absolute must for a company like ours which pursues excellence and long term customer satisfaction.
